RESPECTING THE ENVIRONMENT
Our food waste is recovered by a FEEDBAC partner company, which accompanies us throughout the year on the implementation of sorting at source, collection and recycling of waste.
We are concerned about the recycling capabilities of our waste, so we ensure that organic materials are used when theyr are most needed.
We have made the choice to add no additives, no preservatives and no colouring in our pastries and chocolate making. We want to keep the pure taste of our Bean to Bar chocolate. That’s why its shelf life is equal to 3 weeks.
GIVING TO OTHERS
Every week, we donate our unsold goods to several associations in Lyon, including the «Sisters of Montgay».
RESPECTING DIFFERENT SEASONS
We candy, ourselves, the seasonal fruits from local producers, for the filling of our entremets and chocolates.
We have chosen to remove plastic films from our shelves and pack them in bio-based, biodegradable and compostable films based on regenerated cellulose.
